Tender description
The integrated software solution supports the mandated NHS Health Checks for Derbyshire residents (excluding Derby City), supporting GP practices, PCN's and other users delivering Health Checks within the community and support the operational process and monitor the performance of the programme. The contract is for a period of 2 years commencing from 01 April 2023 up to 31 March 2025.
