Commercial Gas - Service, Maintenance and Repair

Tender description

TRG are seeking contractors to deliver the service, maintenance and repairs of the commercial boilers across our stock. We are also asking contractors to produce annual stock condition surveys of the boilers to allow TRG to produce boiler replacement programme. TRG have a lot structure of regional lots to ensure national coverage: • Lot 1 -North - 263 assets • Lot 2 - Liverpool City Region (LCR) - 176 assets • Lot 3 - South & Central - 235 assets We are looking to appoint two contractors per regional lot to allow for capacity. 1st ranked contractor will be the primary contractor and the 2nd ranked will be a backup supplier if there are capacity or performance issues with the no. 1 ranked supplier. Additional information: This tender process will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award is communicated to tenderers. Appeals can be directly raised via the contact points detailed in section VI.4.1) of this contract notice.
