The Council is looking to identify parties interested in delivering specialist support, both one to one and one to many, across a variety of subjects and in a variety of ways. Lot 1: Marketing Marketing Mainly one-hour surgeries and some in depth one to one sessions. Limited number of online coaching sessions. Possible physical workshops by exception. Lot 2: PR PR Mainly one-hour surgeries and some in depth one to one sessions. Limited number of online coaching sessions. Possible physical workshops by exception. Lot 3: Digital (including DigitalBoost) Digital (including DigitalBoost) Mainly one-hour surgeries and some in depth one to one sessions. Limited number of online coaching sessions. Possible physical workshops by exception. Lot 4: Finance and Funding Finance and Funding Mainly one-hour surgeries and some in depth one to one sessions. Limited number of online coaching sessions. Possible physical workshops by exception. Lot 5: Business Strategy - Growth & Resilience Business Strategy - Growth & Resilience Mainly in depth one to one sessions. Limited number of online coaching sessions. Possible physical workshops by exception. Lot 6: HR HR Mainly one-hour surgeries and some in depth one to one sessions. Possible online coaching sessions and physical workshops by exception. Lot 7: Internationalisation Internationalisation Mainly one-hour surgeries and some in depth one to one sessions. Limited number of online coaching sessions. Possible physical workshops by exception. Lot 8: Intensive Growth Programme Intensive Growth Programme c12 week programme offering a combination of online one to one coaching sessions, expert help and group sessions for a cohort of c12 SMEs per year. Lot 9: Networking Sessions Networking Sessions Online facilitated sessions, possible occasional physical sessions. This will require co-ordination of the other suppliers on the framework where subject experts are required at a networking event.
