Bushmills Courthouse Shared Space Creative Hub - Project Sponsor

Tender description

Enterprise Causeway is currently seeking a Project Sponsor who will be responsible for the ongoing management of the £3.3M refurbishment and 3 storey extension to the grade B1 listed Bushmills Courthouse, and for ensuring that the project objectives are delivered within the agreed time, quality and cost constraints. With a 3rd level qualification coupled with at least 3 years relevant experience, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people at all levels. This will be a fixed term contract approximately 2 days per week for the duration of the refurbishment and construction works to Bushmills Courthouse. The duration of the works is 14 months with an estimated fee of £30k-£35k. This project has been funded under the European Union’s PEACE IV Programme (managed by the Special EU Programmes Body), with match-funding provided by the Department for Communities, Northern Ireland and the Department of Rural and Community Development, Ireland.
