Award of Candidate Identification Services for Head of Treasury & Banking role

The Scottish Government has a great opportunity for a Head of Treasury and Banking within its Financial Services Division (FSD). This role is business critical and has previously been advertised across government and externally without success. As a result of the specialist nature of the role (Job Description is included in Section 3) , we now need to look at other recruitment strategies in order to permanently fill this post. The successful tenderer will be required to provide candidate identification services for the Head of Treasury & Banking role. This will comprise identifying a suitable selection of candidates who match the criteria provided in the Job Description, presenting a list of their candidates to the Contract Manager and directing their candidates to apply for the job through Civil Service jobs. Presented candidates will then be assessed via normal Scottish Government recruitment processes ; applications will be sifted against the Scottish Government Skills for Success Competency Framework and the Essential Criteria in the job advert . Candidates successful at application stage will then be invited for interview.
