Tender description
Atlantic Technological University Galway City wishes to award a contract under the Open Procedure for works involving the upgrade / reconfiguration of a number of existing laboratories and associated areas at our ATU CCAM Campus. The works will be a turnkey project, consisting of the following elements: • Demolition as outlined • Builders Work • Flooring Works • Furniture and Equipment Moving • Supply of new equipment • Mechanical Works • Installation of Electrics and Lighting to rooms outlined • Repainting of Rooms as indicated including walls windows and doors • Final Office Clean to work areas Please refer to attached documentation for further details. Tender was awarded to Cosier Homes, Stripe, Furbo, Co Galway 17th November 2022.
