Tender description

The Association is looking to appoint professional architect led Integrated Design Teams for 2 separate lots. The First lot is for a site in Larne the second lot is for a small development in West Beifast. Within the competition Design Teams can apply for a single lot or both lots. However, each lot is a separate appointment and each appointment will be via an NEC3 Professional Services contract. Each Design Team will comprise of the following as a minimum: - Architect - Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant - Mechanical and Electrical Engineer - Civil / Structural Engineer - Principal Designer (separate from the Architect) - Professional Planning Consultant (separate from the Architect)
