Tender description

"I&T are migration the Anywhere365 Contact Centre solution from on-premise to Cloud. An exisiting contract is in place for this with Modality Systems but to support the Customer Service Centre in their migration, an extra license for Anywhere365 Dialogue Studio is required along with some professional services. This is to allow for the following: 1. Injixo to connect and provide real-time data on agent adherence, which currently it is not able to do in the on-premise environment so configuring a like for like solution would be a missed opportunity. 2. Replacing Inform365, which is a recent solution deployed tactically to deflect calls during a peak time in the CSC that was a big success. Dialogue Studio is required for the equivent functionality to be present once CSC have migrated to the cloud."
