Tender description
Ards and North Down Borough Council’s (ANDBC) Economic Development Service delivers a range of employment and skills interventions which are informed by and are responsive to employer needs across the borough. Recently, Department for Communities (DfC) provided funding for the establishment of a local Labour Market Partnership (LMP) for which the Council provides the secretariat. The LMP is inviting suitable companies/organisations to submit proposals to provide Training to support the Health and Social Care Sector, and to offer Health and Social Care Training to individuals residing in the Ards and North Down Borough Council area through specific support provided by a suitably qualified team. This Project will provide a flexible and responsive delivery intervention which is reflective of current market conditions, changing labour market dynamics, and will align to deliver maximum impact for the AND Health and Social Care Sector and the wider economy.
