3540/NAMRC/GM/22 - Nanoindenter The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Nanoindenter on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Castings Group at Catcliffe, South Yorkshire. Scope of Requirement This tender is for the supply, installation, commissioning, and training for a state-of-the-art nanoindenter. The equipment will support the Nuclear AMRC's fundamental research into technologies such as joining (additively manufactured and welded metallic samples) and machining (machinability of high entropy alloys or refractory materials, advanced cooling with supercritical CO2 and development of tool coatings).
