Wellbeing application

Tender description

The GMC is looking for an organisation to provide us with a wellbeing app for all our colleagues (currently numbering around 1600). The health and wellbeing of our colleagues is a top priority for the GMC, and we are keen to find an app which will help us to support them. The app should deliver a wide range of content which is diverse, inclusive and flexible, and should allow on demand access to resources which could include (but not limited to) mindfulness and meditation, relaxation, wellness, fitness and exercise. We are holding supplier meetings on 23 November 2022 to gather information. Each meeting will last a total of 30-minutes. Suppliers will have the opportunity to provide a short virtual presentation (15 minutes) on the app they can provide and how this could benefit the GMC. The remainder of the meeting will be used for question and answer. Following these meetings, we plan to run a procurement for the app early in 2023.
