The company has an approved investment plan to build and acquire homes for market rent. 1.3 Welland Homes Ltd has a current portfolio of 39 dwellings, comprising 17 x 2 bed properties, 22 x 3 bed properties. Of the 39 dwellings, 29 are in Spalding, 5 are in Holbeach and 5 are in Long Sutton. There are currently no rent accounts in arrears Additional information: Breckland Council have an exciting opportunity for a local artist to design, commission, manage and oversee the installation of a piece of public artwork in the Queen Mother's Garden in Dereham, Norfolk.
