TC520 - Parking Enforcement

Tender description

Manchester City Council's Parking Service wishes to appoint a single Service Provider to provide and manage on street parking enforcement in Manchester, including the enforcement and clamping of untaxed vehicles and vehicle removal and/or relocation. The Service Provider will also be responsible for the enforcement of a number of Off-Street carparks, managed by Manchester City Council. The Council is committed to delivering a quality driven, customer focused parking service and requires Service Providers who will deliver this commitment. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Tuesday 30th August 2022 as referred to in IV.2.2.
