Portsmouth City council is planning to establish a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of learning disabilities Day Services based in the Portsmouth area. It is intended that the DPS will last for an initial period of 5 years with option to extend further. It is intended to be used for the provision of learning disability day services funded by Portsmouth City Council. As a precursor to the issue of tender documentation, the Council would like to consult organisations on the proposed scope of the DPS and the process to select providers for inclusion on the DPS. Consequently, we have produced this short consultation document and would welcome any comments that interested parties may have. The deadline for receipt of responses is midday on 2nd December 2022. Responses should be returned using the submission return function on Intend. Additional information: Portsmouth City Council is currently in the process of consulting with the market in respect to our Learning Disabilities Day Services, with the intention of establishing a new DPS.
