Removal / decommissioning and the installation of replacement door access and intruder alarm systems

Tender description

To decommission the existing door access and intruder alarm systems and install replacement system Complete the installation of the replacement systems whilst maintaining as far as practicably possible the security of the premises. The primary aim of the project is complete the removal and installation in accordance with the current HSE regulations. Provision and Installation of hardware and software packages and the provision of O&M manuals. Provide all necessary training on the installed products to enable day to day operation of the products by OpTIC centre Building Services Staff. 12 Month Warranty including support & maintenance for the system. Fire alarm : Modifications and additions are required the existing fire alarm system to accommodate the access control works. Refer to the electrical drawings and specification for further information. Intruder alarm : A new open protocol intruder alarm system to replace the existing defunct system will be required throughout the building. Refer to the electrical drawings and specification for further information. Access control : A new PAC access control system will be required to replace the existing defunct system, the system is to be full compatible with the PAC system at the Glyndwr Wrexham site. Refer to the electrical drawings and specification for further information. Small power: Modifications and additions are required to accommodate the access control works.
