"The services to be provided relate to five stages of the project with Management Services and can be broadly summarised as follows: 1. Stage(i) Preliminary 2. Stage(ii) Design (Phases 3 & 4 of the TII Project Management Guidelines) 3. Stage(iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award(Phase 5 of TII PMG) 4. Stage(iv) Construction and Implementation(Phase 6 of the TII PMG) 5.
