Provision of services of an Independent Auditor

Tender description

A requirement of the LIFE funding agreement is the production of independent audit reports, verifying the financial statements provided to the Contracting Authority in each interim payment request and in the final cost claim (to be submitted in 2023, 2026 and 2029). These external audit reports will be compiled in accordance with, and in the format of, the template provided on the LIFE Programme website at the time of preparation. The audit reports will not only verify the respect of national legislation and accounting rules but will also certify that all costs incurred respect the conditions set in the Grant Agreement. Tenderers are asked to provide two distinct quotations for: 1. Individual audits for each of the reports a. Interim March 2023 b. Interim March 2026 c. Final March 2029 2. All three audits combined The audit reports will not only verify the respect of national legislation and accounting rules but will also certify that all costs incurred respect the conditions set in the Grant Agreement.
