Tender description

This project is an annual maintenance contract programme for Tuath Housing Association CLG comprising of mechanical and electrical, facility management, general building and maintenance works, and other associated works – as well as reporting and certification in accordance with the Contract. Tenderers are generally expected to ensure the works are undertaken by experienced, competent and registered (where applicable, e.g. RECI certified, etc. ) Contractors for the various areas of expertise and to submit a fully detailed lump sum fixed price tender amount for its execution, completion and certification, etc., all in accordance with the following enclosed Works Requirements main tender and Contract documents.
