Tender description
The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to make placements for Children and Young People (CYP) with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans in the Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools (NMISS). The Council is working with adam HTT Ltd to introduce a web-based system, adam Procure, to manage the DPS. Providers who wish to supply placements for Children and Young People (CYP) with Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans in the Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools (NMISS) services to the Council will need to register online at https://www.adamproviders.co.uk. The DPS will go live on 3rd April 2023 and run for 5 years, expiring on 3rd of April 2028.
