Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services for the preparation of a Prelim Business Case for the advancement of 3 of the sub projects included in the Flower Hill and Abbeylands Regeneration Project

Tender description

Under the URDF supported Capital Programme, advancement of proposals/projects must accord with all processes and stages set out in the Public Spending Code (PSC) link) and the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). Under the PSC a project must work its way through a project lifecycle that involves the following six stages: • Strategic Assessment • Preliminary Business Case • Final Business Case including design, procurement strategy and tendering) • Implementation • Review • Ex-Post Evaluation. It is the intension of Meath County Council to engage the services of a multi-disciplinary team to assist in advancing a project through the project lifecycle and prepare reports to accompany the various stages detailed above. Please note that not all projects will proceed through each stage and proposed costings should be detailed on a stage-by-stage basis.
