Beaumont Hospital requires the design and construction of a new Emergency Critical Care Unit on a specific site within the Hospital campus. The Critical Care Unit will be a purpose-designed 64-bed facility that will consolidate care within a single location with excellent links to the Hospital’s core. The proposed unit will provide 16 no. bed modules on each of the four flours, subdivided into modules of eight beds, thus meeting the highest standards in terms of isolation facilities and support accommodation. With the exception of the Fire Engineering discilpline, no organisation may participate in more than one tender submission. In the event that multiple participation occurs in respect of any discipline other than Fire Engineering, the Contracting Authority may require the organisation in question to withdraw from one or more applications.
