Single stage procurement of quantity surveying services for the demolition of existing building and development of new properties on site. Project Brief is attached in additional documents, describing scope of project and includes quality questionnaire. SPD and appendices included in additional documents must also be completed. Tender will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, based on a 70/30 quality/price exercise.
