Tender description

The tendering exercise is a mini competition from SPA Whole House Refurbishment and Associated Works WH2. The Contract Administrator is West Dunbartonshire Council The works to be undertaken will include, delivery of Kitchens & Bathrooms refits, Special needs adaptations works, Internal insulation works, Void property works (to prepare for new tenants), plastering and decoration works, any associated repairs. Contractors must be able to provide any legal accreditations, qualifications required to carry out and deliver the scopes of work and services.
