S 1(1) To provide a costed, phased scope of works covering development of the following projects and on the outputs stated in this scope or as instructed by the Client: Phase 1 - Round 2 Levelling Up fund bid submission Phase 2 - East Carr Transport Assessment Phase 3 - City wide multi-modal transport model Phase 4 - Full business case for Levelling Up Fund scheme (only in the event of a successful bid arising from phase 1 works) The brief will consider how existing green and social prescribing infrastructure can be brought together more coherently, how value can be added the delivery, what active travel infrastructure is required and how the long-term sustainability of the project could be enhanced.
