Integrated Communication and Control System (DS3000 ICCS) Support and Maintenance

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue are enquiring if there are suppliers in the market that can provide support and maintenance for our Integrated Communication and Control Systems (DS3000 ICCS) before we issue a tender in December 2022. We are not looking to replace our DS3000 ICCS at this time, the request is for support and maintenance only. We wish to understand if there are others that can fully support our DS3000 ICCS system. The contract period we are considering is for 5 years or we may look to contract on a 1+1+1+1+1 basis. Lot 1: The Authority is seeking Tender for the provision of a support and maintenance contract for the Integrated Communications Control systems (known as the DC3000 ICCS) used by the Thames Valley Fire Control Service (TVFCS). We have two installations of the ICCS. The Authority would like to enquire if there are suppliers in the market that can provide support and maintenance for our Integrated Communication and Control Systems (DS3000 ICCS) before we issue a tender in December 2022. TVFCS is a joint collaboration of the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire Fire Services. TVFCS use the two installations of the DC3000 ICCS as an essential part of the wider integrated solution to manage all fire related emergency calls for the Thames Valley. TVFCS provide this essential service to a high standard 24/7, 365 days a year. We are not looking to replace out ICCS at this time, the request is for support and maintenance only. We wish to understand if there are others that can fully support our DS3000 ICCS system. The contract period we are considering is for 5 years or we may look to contract on a 1+1+1+1+1 basis.
