Further competition on NHS SBS Interpretation and Translation Services framework reference: SBS/21/NL/ZWV/10127 Lot 6 One-Stop-Shop. Contract term - 1 November 2022 to 31 October 2024, with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months. Value: Up to £61,000 over the total 4 years. Contract for delivery of a One Stop shop offering customers access to all services listed below to enable effective and efficient management of bookings, service availability, time-sheeting, invoicing and management information. The provision of the following Translation and Interpretation services are required: • written translation • telephone interpretation • video interpretation • face to face interpretation British Sign Language interpreting for deaf and deafblind people is currently provided in-house by the County Council's ASSIST service (Autism and Sensory Support in Staffordshire). The service also provides translation, transcription and Easy Read for people who have sight loss and for those with communication difficulties. If during the period of the T&I contract this service cannot be provided in-house, the supplier will be required to deliver this service. A sole provider will be required for this contract to provide all services.
