Through this Framework, the ETF will be able to develop and enhance: - The support given to boards to meet requirements to report on training and development completed. - The skills, competencies, and impact of current and future Chairs, Governors and Governance Professionals in the FE sector. - More diverse individuals on boards with leaders that are more representative of the communities that colleges serve. Lot 2: LOT 2 Support for Governors As the sector’s workforce development body, the ETF seeks to continue building on its delivery of governance professional development
