for provision of Enterprise Network services across 5 Lots: 1) UK Only including Tier 1 Field Support, Hardware/Software Maintenance & Support, and Project Services 2) US Only including Tier 1 Field Support, Hardware/Software Maintenance & Support, and Project Services 3) UK Only Network Transport & Connectivity 4) US Only Network Transport & Connectivity 5) STIG Hosting UK/US Lot 1: UK Only Enterprise Network Services UK Only Enterprise Network Services, including: - Tier 1 Field Support, - Hardware/Software Maintenance & Support; and - Project Services Provision of all on-site and remote support for hardware and software related to the MPLS Transport Network, SD-WAN, network and security infrastructure, Internet and Cloud access. This Lot also includes Field Support (UK only), hardware and infrastructure provision and maintenance. Project Services UK to consist of: Provision of labour resources to design and / or deliver network infrastructure services related to capital projects, with outcome-based deliverables. For example, this could include Wifi/LAN/WAN/Network Security/Voice infrastructure type activities.
