GB-London: IWM/2223/Fin/3058 - Capital Valuation for Financial Reporting Purposes

Tender description

A requirement to provide capital valuation of our estate for financial reporting. IWM’s estate includes five public branches for visitors plus staff buildings located in London and Duxford. IWM requires a full valuation of the whole estate once every five years and targeted valuation of part of the estate in other years. IWM anticipates this will be required in the first year of this contract. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
