Development of two Digital Twins

Tender description

The Satellite Applications Catapult is seeking a suitable provider(s) to develop a prototype digital twin of a proposed Innovation Maritime Innovation Centre (IMIC) to help investors visualise the development, inform the Business Case and ultimately secure investor funding to deliver the IMIC. The prototype digital twin will provide a baseline concept for design evolution, aligned to RIBA stage development. Further development and extension of the digital twin is expected throughout the project, through to operations and facilities management. It is also expected that the digital twin would be replicated for further site developments although this is not currently confirmed. The estimated value is up to 500,000 GDP, to include all associated costs in delivering the product and service. Lot 1: The procurement will be undertaken via an open procedure as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. It is anticipated that a single contract will be awarded to one supplier to cover the full scope of services required.
