Tender description
On 11th November 2022, an RFT (212103) for a COMMERCIAL CAFE CONCESSION AT BRIDGEFOOT ST PARK was advertised on etenders, however, no suppliers returned a submission for the contract on the 1st January 2023. As no tenders responded to the call for competition, we have entered into a licence agreement with PACE for a period of 11 months from June 2023, as permitted under Section 2.a of Article 32.
