Tender description

We require an Archive standard book scanner that has the following features: We require an Archive standard book scanner that has the following features: - Is able to accommodate A2 sized material - has a resolution of 600dpi optical or above - Has a V shaped adjustable cradle for support - Has V shape or flat glass plate - Has software package (preferably 3rd party on an external PC connected to the scanner) to allow capture and editing, including correction for folds, de-skew and cropping - Has live preview - Has inbuilt lights - Complies with FADGI and/or ISO standards In addition we require: o Footswitch o Flat Glass plate or interchangeable V shaped glass We would welcome inclusion of intial set-up and familiaristion training as part of the response to tender, as well as information on intial and subsequent servicing costs.
