Award of Surface Water Flooding (Blue-Green Infrastructure)

Tender description

The Service Provider is expected to prepare and lead a workshop for stakeholders in Scotland’s water market which will support them to think through their organisational challenges from a behavioural insights, understand consumer behaviours and what drives them, and think through potential solutions which can be applied successfully to change those behaviours. The Service Provider is expected to provide facilitator activities to support the administration and recording of the event. The workshop will be a singular event to take place on a date to be confirmed following contract award. The Service Provider is expected to develop suitable materials and create a report which capture what was explored with water stakeholders during the workshop event and provide a useful tool for the Purchaser to promote the value of Behavioural Insights to other stakeholders in future.
