703 - Chancellery Relocation Expressions of Interest

<p>Aston University is seeking expressions of interest from Contractors currently listed on University of Birmingham Build Higher Frameworks, for the relocation of the Chancellery. The Central Procurement team is reviewing the level of interest, prior to deciding on the route to market. This work is to provide a new set of offices and a University Council meeting room for the University’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Aleks Subic. This space will be used by him, his staff, the University’s Council, and other VIP visitors to Aston University. The work will entail minor changes to an existing office space, e.g., new walls and doors, new toilet facility, and with a very clear focus on finishes. The key phrases for a contractor to consider are the clients desire for a ‘corporate feel’ and ‘high quality’ delivery. Quality workmanship will be paramount to a successful delivery, and in the desired timeframe for completion in Spring 2023. A defect free handover is desired.</p> Keywords: Small Works
