Tender description
To conduct an epidemiology survey to determine the oral health of pupils in year 6. This will take place across the Cheshire and Mersey footprint with Warrington LA acting as the commissioner across the area as they currently have contract arrangements for dental services set up with Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (the provider organisation). This will enable a more co-ordinated and simpler approach for the provider rather than dealing with 9 LAs. Training for this programme is provided nationally and the survey is being driven by the Consultant for Dental Public Health (Yvonne Dailey) – NHSE/I (formerly based within Public Health England).
