Transition Early Years and Schools

Tender description

This work will be split into 2 distinct phases over an 18month period (approximately). Phase 1 will examine current practices and experiences of Transition whilst also considering best practice to influence and shape future Transition arrangements. This work will be cognisant of the statutory requirements of supporting Transition for children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) but is not intended to focus on this client group as there are specific regulatory frameworks for this client group. Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of phase 1, the contractor will be retained to undertake Phase 2. This will focus on reviewing the impact and outcomes of the revised approach to Transition across the region in comparison to the baseline position established in phase 1.
