The HSE invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers, to provide the HSE with innovative online Tele-Health providers to deliver assessments of need. An Assessment of Need is an assessment carried out for children or young people with a perceived disability. The assessment identifies a child's health needs and what health services may be required to meet the child’s needs. We would welcome providers that are in a position to deliver online assessments and engage with patients and families using Tele-Health solutions. Services may include: Initial screening, Child Development Parent Interview (including Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) where relevant), Cognitive Assessment, Occupational Therapy (OT) Assessment, Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) Assessment, School consultation and observations, Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) Assessment (where clinically indicated), additional Psychological assessments (where clinically indicated), Final Report & Feedback session.
