<p>The Council wishes to commission a specialist and highly effective Supplementary Substance Misuse (SSM) Service to meet the changing needs of people in Oxfordshire who are experiencing problems with substance alcohol and drug use.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Service will work alongside, and enhance, existing support and treatment programmes provided by the Community Alcohol and Drug (CAD) Service currently provided by Turning Point, known locally as Oxfordshire Roads to Recovery.</p> <p>The Service will offer the following key service elements in the form of enhanced packages of outreach and support to the following groups as agreed:</p> <ul> <li>Adults experiencing rough sleeping</li> <li>Adults engaged with harm reduction services</li> <li>Adults engaged with criminal justice services</li> <li>Adults with housing support needs</li> </ul> <p>In addition, the Service Provider will also provide a range of harm reduction and clinical consumable products to the CAD Service</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Keywords: Misuse, Supplementary, substance
