Tender description

COPFS have an ongoing requirement for the collection and delivery of regular physical mail from office locations. The current contract with Royal Mail is a call off contract under the Scottish Government Framework for Postal Services Lot 1 (Physical and Hybrid mail). This framework has now expired and is replaced with SP-19-035, expiring on 30 June 2025. SP-19-035 was a Regulated Procurement exercise, and Lot 1 is Single Sourced to the Royal Mail - a non-competitive action report is not required. Mail and postal services.
