Tender description
The Council wishes to create a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Display (Signage & Exhibition) Equipment. Lot 1 - Signage Equipment Lot 2 - Exhibition Equipment Lot 1: Lot 1 - Signage Equipment Typical lot one ‘signage’ requirements include (but not limited to): • Example materials: o Composite panels (DieBond) o Aluminum panels or trays o FoamX panels o Foam Core panels o Correx panels o External & internal floor graphics (non-slip) o Vinyl PVC banners with eyelets o Mesh material (flags, fencing or scaffolding) o Rigid PVC (HIPS) panel (1mm) o Engraved wood, brass or aluminum plaques o Aluminum or oak lockable cabinet cases with 5mm Allen key lock or keys o Aluminum or oak fingerposts o CNC cut lettering and printed shapes o Edge lit engraved acrylic signs and display elements o 3D backlit metal lettering • Installation Requirements o Safely working at height (off step ladder or scaffolding tower), construction site or waterside o Printed direct to Substraight or protective vinyl graphic applied to face o Wall mounted o Fence or railing mounted o Post mounted onto existing post or lighting columns o Post mounted plus new aluminum post with concert footings • Examples of services/products: o Parks noticeboards / community noticeboards o Plaques (tree, bench or memorial) o City centre banners o Aluminum / Composite signs (various sizes) o Parks signage o Wooden finger posts / Wooden river marker posts o H&S warning signs (PIPs internal or external) o Council / housing external or internal building signs o Planning & transport scheme signs o Lamppost wraps o Large format advertising o Freestanding site boards / advertising hoardings o Harbourside / docks signage o Museum signage and wayfinding Lot 2: Lot 2 - Exhibition Equipment Typical lot two ‘exhibition’ requirements include (but not limited to): • Example materials: o Large format printing, self-adhesive vinyl graphics, satin or silk FSC stock o Fluted e-card o Foamex panels (3mm or 5mm) o Foam core panels o External & internal floor graphics (non-slip) o Vinyl PVC banners with eyelets o Mesh material (flags, banners) o Rigid PVC (HIPS) panel (1mm) o CNC cut lettering and printed shapes o Edge lit engraved acrylic signs and display elements o Engraved or etched acrylic o Printed and shaped composite aluminium panels such as Di-Bond o Dispa board and other card based low carbon footprint materials • Examples of services/products: o Internal pop-up roller banner (assorted sizes 800mm, 1,200mm & 2,000mm wide) o Internal Eco-friendly (recycled card) display systems, including single freestanding banner stands and tri-fold units o Vehicle livery graphics (various sizes from cut vinyl graphics to large vehicle wrapping graphics) supplied or installed o Printed direct to substrate / vinyl graphic applied to face • Large format prints (assorted material) • Exhibition display systems (including modular printed wall display systems, tracked tensioned fabric systems and hanging banners systems) • External freestanding banners and flags (assorted sizes and bases) • Large format vinyl wall graphics • Large freestanding units and bespoke wall mounted displays • Large format stage set and conference graphics, including marquee signage, backdrops, way finding internal and external banners Lot 1: Lot 1 -
