The roles to be recruited to are: o Non-executive director The provider will undertake the following activity: Specialise in NED level permanent appointments.The provider will undertake the following activity: Executive search The types of services include (but are not limited to) the following; ? Preliminary activities and project management of the recruitment process ? Candidate search ? Response management and 'long list' development ? Development of a shortlist ? Applicant management ? Final interview and appointment ? Post recruitment training ? Management information ?
