Provision of External Print Services

Tender description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement to purchase external print services on behalf of Warwickshire Police. Our current outsourced print contract is due to end and therefore we require a new contract for the services of an external printer to deliver all our print requirements. This incorporates the need for a wide range of print services, sometimes at very short notice for operational requirements and using varied print medium. The Supplier shall provide a fully managed end to end service which delivers all elements of the Force’s print and associated requirements. The Service will be required 5 days a week, 52 weeks of the year excluding bank holidays The core print management service shall include, but will not be limited to: • Account management services, • Pre-production services, including layout and type setting changes or minor design changes, • Bulk printing services, • Finishing services, • Print production in a variety of formats (including accessible print), • Printed materials ranging from posters to banners and large scale marketing products, • Carbonated and various Force forms.
