Provision of Adobe Acrobat Licensing

Tender description

This contract is to support the continuation of the current number of licences consumed across the Adobe Acrobat suite of products in situ and also allow for growth to procure additional licenses to deal with demand across all services. This contract is to support Adobe Acrobat Licensing currently used across most areas of the council. This software application is used as a family of applications that allows the viewing, printing and management of portable document files (PDF). The Council has been using PDF software for many years with several different levels of licenses purchased on an individual level. This resulted in sporadic small spend by teams on an annual basis with relatively low fee which is now being co-ordinated centrally. The licensing comes with support from Adobe which includes system maintenance and updates.
