NES require an organisation to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support doe NHSS Job Evaluation System. Tickets from the business will be escalated to the supplier that cannot be handled by NES’s 1st line support provision. The work will specifically include: NES require an organisation to provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to this product. Tickets from the business will be escalated to the supplier that cannot be handled by NES’s 1st line support provision. The work will specifically include: - Technical resolution to helpdesk queries - Instrumentation and monitoring of the service to ensure it is operational - Fault resolution and disaster recovery - Management of the product hosting and capacity management on NES’s Azure cloud infrastructure - Resolving data issues, often by applying direct updates to the database - Periodic batch data updates e.g. to retire job profiles that are no longer required en masse. - This service is expected to be provided during weekday business hours to be agreed between NES and the supplier
