NEC Supervisor and clerk of works services for new hospital build

The procurement for the new Monklands hospital design and delivery partner is currently underway. NHS Lanarkshire is considering appointing an NEC Supervisor/clerk of works service for the ECC contracts which will be part of the Monklands Replacement Project. Lot 1: NHS Lanarkshire has started the procurement for a design and delivery partner for the Monklands Replacement Project (MRP). The NEC Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) will be used for the enabling works and main build contracts. NHS Lanarkshire is considering appointing an NEC Supervisor and clerk of works services for those ECC contracts i.e. services from around 2023 to 2029. The likes of a technical advisor and independent tester could be required.
