Marketing, Communications and Engagement consultancy services for the ZeroFour Development Site at Montrose

Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to procure the services of a consultant or agency (Marketing, Communications and Engagement consultancy firm) to deliver these objectives over an initial one-year period, with up to two optional extensions of up to 12 months each, based on a pro-rata equivalent of the rates submitted The provider will be asked to: - Meet with us to discuss the objectives and potential approaches, to ensure that a clear, shared vision is established at the outset of the project - Work with the established Montrose ZeroFour brand identity - Create and deliver a communications strategy to fulfil our objectives for the site, covering: - Refinement of key messages - Design and delivery of a multi-channel campaign to promote Montrose ZeroFour, which will include: - Media relations including releases (with an expectation of 6-12 per year) and dealing with reactive queries in liaison with the Crown Estate Scotland in-house team - Maintaining and developing the ZeroFour website (an Umbraco site) - Operating ZeroFour Social Media (see ITT) - Arranging and running events as required - Building and enhancing the reach of the development’s Social Media - Creating and delivering social media content - Curating relevant social media content for resharing - Targeting promotions to critical stakeholders and influencers - Attracting new followers from those target groups, and encouraging their interaction with posts - Creation, management and delivery of regular (one newsletter, 6 or 8 week frequency) direct email updates - Collaboration with local authorities, including joint marketing activities - Assisting the project team with community engagement initiatives - Devising - Advertising - Creation of materials - Liaison with stakeholders - Handling of inbound queries from press, officials and the public, including: - Staffing of social media inboxes - Management of mailboxes - Creating and maintaining internal and external FAQs - Creating and maintaining stakeholder list tracking contact We anticipate an average resource requirement of 1.25 days per week to cover these items, with events billed separately, based on their individual requirements.
