Tender description

Four sites collectively known as Middlecroft cluster ISS had been previously engaged by Robert Woodhead Limited (RWL) to provide scaffolding to all 4 sites. This waiver is to allow the scaffolding to be paid for to allow the roofing contractor to undertake the completion of the roof covering. This is due to Robert Woodhead Limited ceasing trading and leaving partially built dwellings and surplus materials being on site.
