Tender description
The overall aim of the Executive Office (TEO), is to contribute to and oversee the co-ordination of Executive policies and programmes to deliver a peaceful, fair, equal and prosperous society. Ebrington is a 29 acre heritage asset on the Foyle riverfront. The aim is to bring buildings and lands back into use and provide essential infrastructure to help attract businesses and visitors to deliver economic and social benefits to the City and region. TEO is seeking to appoint a single Contractor for the provision of Grounds Maintenance at the Ebrington site from 01 January 2023
