Reading Borough Council are completing a Open ITT exercise for the provision of Extra Care and Support.This procurement contains 2 lots relevant to different schemes (as specified in the tender documentation). Tenderers may bid for one or both lots, but will only be awarded one contract relevant to one lot. Both lots are of similar estimated contract value.Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal. Lot 1: Provision of support to the Cornerstones, Chimney Court and Beechwood Grove schemes (owned by the same housing provider), 141 units 3 schemes: 1) Chimney Court - A2 Dominion - 57 flats; 2) Cornerstones - A2 Dominion - 41 flats; 3) Beechwood Grove - A2 Dominion - 43 flats Lot 2: Provision of support to the Cedar Court, Oak Tree House and Huntley Place schemes (owned by three different housing providers), 229 units 3 schemes: 1) Oak Tree House - Catalyst - 60 flats; 2) Cedar Court - RBC - 40 flats; 3) Huntley Place - Home Group - 129 flats
