The Purpose of this PIN is to engage with provider(s) who are able to meet some or all of the requirements for an external feasibility study for DCR(s) or similar harm reduction innovations within the City of Edinburgh. The specification for this brief is still under development, however additional information is included as documents for downloads. This requirement may be tendered via quick quote. This is a PIN for engagement purposes only. Please note that the requirement may be subject to change upon discussion with the market. An estimated timeline has been drafted and organisations interested in providing this should ensure that they have availability and capacity: 1.1.1. The research requirement is expected to be fully completed from January to end of February 2023. The final feasibility Study report to be delivered in March 2023.
